By Tim Gray, TMCnet Web Editor

New Hampshire DNS provider Dynamic Network Services Inc. announced at the Telx Customer Business Exchange (CBX) 2009 event in New York City that it's created the Thought Leader Council (TLC) to extend customer knowledge and feedback throughout the industry.

Dynamic Network Services Inc, also known as Dyn Inc., created the group by selecting companies to provides feedback and advice on the its own technology and services and give recommendations based on what actual people in the industry want and need.

During a press conference at the 2009 Telx CBX event in Manhattan, Dyn Inc.Director of Sales and Marketing Kyle York said the people on the TLC are technology experts the company trusts immensely. “They are an important part of Dyn Inc.’s growth, as many of them have been with us since we first began as a little company working out of an apartment," he said.

York told a packed conference room at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square that now, any time people want to bounce an idea off of someone, they can pick up the phone and receive an honest opinion.

“I believe they are an integral part of our tremendous success, and more so, our future,” York said.

Mark Imbriaco, system administrator at 37signals, said that as a long time Dyn Inc. customer, he understood how much energy they put into listening to their customers.

“The creation of the TLC takes that a step further by giving them an open invitation to get our feedback at any time," he said.

In addition to Imbriaco of 37signals, TLC members include: Jeremy LaTrasse of Twitter; Randy Bias of neoTactics; Andy Piggott of Incutio; Rob Novak of Trulia; Lenny Tropiano of Homeaway, Inc.; Doug Smart of WhippleHill; and Elad Efraim of eXelate Media.

The goal, according to TLC, is to keep the group diverse and fluid to ensure its members are always engaged.

"The end result is that we get a better service, not just for TLC members, but for all Dyn Inc. customers. It's a win for everyone involved," said Imbriaco.
