VoIP IP PBX (News - Alert) maker Zultys Technologies announced this week that qualified buyers can get its phone systems with financing Varilease Technology Finance Group, Inc.

That means all Zultys value-added resellers (VARs) and end-users have a new option for getting new and upgraded equipment. Major benefits of this financing offer include online application processing; "Application Only" approvals up to $100K; "Corporation Only" approvals up to $100K; new business financing; assignment of proceeds financing; and extended maintenance financing. Through the extended maintenance financing, Zultys VARs can offer their customers the convenience of a consolidated monthly payment for all product and services for the life of the lease.

Walled Lake, Mich.-based Varilease Technology Finance Group, which specializes in meeting the financing needs of companies in the SMB marketplace, is administering the Zultys Sponsored Financial Services program, which is designed to help Zultys VARs increase the size and frequency of their sales. Under this program, Zultys VAR's can preserve their credit lines with distributors by utilizing the "Assignment of Proceeds" feature of the program, in which Varilease will separately fund the VAR, the distributor and Zultys for their respective portion of the transaction.

"Varilease is excited to establish this relationship with Zultys to provide best in class leasing solutions to all Zultys VARs and their customers,” said John Wood, Senior Business Development Manager, Varilease, in a press release. “Our strategic alliance with Zultys will allow all participating Zultys VARs to capture leasing opportunities that will maximize the economic, tax and accounting considerations of their customer base.”

Jonna Paquette, VP of Sales and Marketing, Zultys Technologies (News - Alert), added that the new financing option “is another example of the value-add that Zultys brings to its VAR partners.”

“Our goal is to not only make a SIP-based VoIP system easy to use but also within reach of small- and medium-sized businesses alike," Paquette said.

Zultys last made news on TMCnet in November when it announced that it had made numerous enhancements to its SIP-based MX systems as well as expanding its partnerships during 2007. A sister company of Telrad (News - Alert) Connegy, the company reported on several new developments, including new software releases for the company’s SIP-based MX30 and MX250 Media Exchange systems and a number of new partnerships -- such as a recent renewal with nexVortex that now supports a disaster recovery solution and official certification by Polycom as a VoIP Interoperability Partner (VIP). More recently the company announced integration with Microsoft’s (News - Alert) CRM platform, all versions including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (code-named Titan).
