Allworx Teams with Certified ITSP PowerNet Global Communications

In recent years, IP phone systems developer Allworx has developeded strategic partnerships with companies to extend its footprint further in order to deliver new capabilities and efficiency to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

 
The Rochester, N.Y.-based company recently took another step forward when it forged a partnership with certified Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Service Provider (ITSP) PowerNet Global Communications (PNG).
 
Jason Beckett, director of sales for Allworx (News - Alert), said the combined power of Allworx with PowerNet Global's robust services will benefit customers in the SMB market looking for enterprise quality phone systems at fractions of the price.
 
“When a company like PNG has the vision to bring forward these exciting new services and then reinforces that experience to their customers with an Allworx system, the combination is very powerful,” Beckett said.
 
PowerNet Global (News - Alert) has extensive telecom industry experience and brings to the table a support staff dedicated specifically to Allworx and access to an online portal that provides fast and easy quoting with some quotes available within minutes, according to Beckett.
 
"We believe PNG has set the bar very high with this offering, and will continue their uninterrupted string of innovation and success," said Beckett.
 
Under the terms of the deal, PNG will verify that Allworx customers will receive the features, services, and voice quality from our combined services and products through extensive process of interoperability testing.
 
“Allworx and PowerNet Global have formed a business relationship based on our desire to deliver the best package of products and services to the reseller channel, and while each of us trusts the quality of service delivered by the other we believe that, together through this business partnership, we are even stronger,” said John Putnam, national sales director of PowerNet Global.
 
Putnam says they also employ more certified Allworx support personnel than any other ITSP and continually conduct research by housing Allworx equipment in their onsite lab to ensure that customers will receive expert support when they call for assistance.
