Clarizen, a SaaS (News

Taking e-mail from being a communication tool to being an execution engine, Clarizen InterAct can be used as customized mail boxes.
Users can also build rules to perform any operation in the system, including initiating or updating projects, log issues, or turn on a stopwatch to track their time, from their e-mail.
“Marketo (News - Alert) is a longtime user of Clarizen. The software has given us a new level of visibility into each of our projects, and helps us deploy projects more efficiently and control costs,” said Jim Hickey, senior manager of client delivery and operations, Marketo, in a statement.
Leveraging InterAct, a part of Clarizen v5.3 release, customers can improve team engagement with project management, work tasks, managers and customers using e-mail.
“InterAct opens new channels of communication and control in Clarizen. Now everyone can update tasks and contribute to project and company goals using just their e-mail,” said Avinoam Nowogrodski, co-founder and CEO of Clarizen.
Organizations can benefit from Clarizen as it allows companies to work smarter by offering real-time visibility into each project. Managers can monitor their teams’ work and offer priority based goals. Employees will gain from a flexible, collaborative tool that can improve efficiency and maximizing profitability.
