The company’s hardware and software products support VoIP, TDM, and IVR technologies, enabling the rapid development of carrier-grade telecom systems.
The company’s latest release, the TMP800, offers media handling functionality, including SS7 signaling, allowing it to bridge TDM and IP networks, and intermediate between wireless, TDM and IP voice networks. It provides capacity from one to eight T1/E1/J1 interfaces, up to 256 universal VoIP channels, and up to 512 IVR channels.
The advanced application platform helps in delivering enhanced network-wide services such as unified communications, ring-back tones, and prepaid/postpaid services.
Combined with TelcoBridges innovative Toolpack development software and well-known programming languages (running on an external application server), the TMP800 provides the ability to rapidly develop and deploy telecom applications and provide unique subscriber-specific services, says the company.
“TelcoBridges has built its brand on providing high-density solutions that focus on power, performance and functionality in a scalable, energy-efficient package,” said Danny P. Blouin, TelcoBridges’ VP of marketing.
He added, “With today’s launch of the TMP800 development platform, and the recently announced TMG800 media gateway, we’ve taken the same technical architecture and made it available to customers with low-to-medium density locations, where economies of scale do not warrant larger configurations.”
According to the company, its Tdev platform enables the creation of the world’s largest PRBT solutions. Its unique system architecture eliminates all scalability limitations and system management issues encountered with competitive offerings.
