Telcombrokers Shares Insight Into Unbiased Approach: Video

Interop presented an exciting opportunity for those in the technology and telecommunications space as it brought multiple players together in one location to provide informative presentation on new offerings, next-generation technologies and opportunities for the coming year.

TMCnet took advantage of the opportunity to speak with a number of key industry players at Interop this year, Nancy Ridge (News - Alert) Vice President of Telcombrokers. Ridge visited the TMCnet media booth for an interview captured in this video.

Telcombrokers (News - Alert) is an agency of professionals representing over 38 vendors as a sales and distribution channel. Ridge noted the company is excited to be at the show and pumped about the new technologies, cloud, WiFi (News - Alert), telecom solutions and others.

"Our customers range from even wholesale providers, some of the carriers will come to us to get choices, as well as the enterprise, medium businesses and so forth," said Ridge. "But, we also support the VAR community as well. We can really collaborate with them to allow them to bring more value to their customers."

Telcombrokers aims to bring the knowledge, the experience and the choice at no cost to the end user. This approach can actually augment their revenue stream. The carriers represented are truly valuable and relationships are in place and Telcombrokers can act as the intermediary to take out problem issues to make it successful and fun.

How does Telcombrokers manage competitive products without bias? Remaining as objective as possible. They listen very carefully to needs of the end users in terms of cost and flexibility, etc. They try to present best solution for the environment and not all solutions are created equal.

Ridge highlighted that carriers know they are committed to putting them with the right customers and the trust is there for driving collaboration and the sweet spot of right-fitting things. The most important thing - listening very carefully and then applying the knowledge. There are always things in the market that can impact success.
