MegaSys Telenium Network Management Solution is now supporting LightGAIN optical networking system by Optelian (News - Alert), a designer and manufacturer of optical transport systems.
MegaSys Telenium Network Management Solution provides a complete network management system and is designed on an intelligent, high performance, object oriented database.
According to Optelian, MegaSys (News - Alert) also provides high quality processing speed and offers a feature rich management environment with an award winning graphical user interface.
As the solution provides a single interface to networking equipment from multiple vendors, it successfully eliminates the need to install and use multiple network management systems.
"This allows network operators who are already using Telenium to add LightGAIN to their operations without the expense of additional network management software and the trouble of having to learn a new system," said Dave Mills (News - Alert), VP Sales at Optelian.
"Optelian's LightGAIN system is a great fit for our customer base," commented Dave Woronuk, President of MegaSys. "MegaSys customers include wireless and broadband carriers, CLECs, IXCs, cable companies, private and public utilities and state agencies, ranging in size from small regional networks to large national networks. LightGAIN's flexibility and wide capability range fits their requirements very well. When combined with our Telenium management system, customers will have a robust and easy to use optical transport system."
