Days after making a new data and equipment bundle offering
available, a Fairport, N.Y.-based company that provides data, voice and Internet solutions to business-class customers today announced details of a popular event that centers around its integrated software applications.
Officials at PAETEC (

PINNACLE” communications management suite, say the
PINNACLE Users Conference will be held from May 9 to 12 in Chicago.
Josh Moscov, senior director of sales and marketing at PAETEC Software Corp., said the conference highlights the newest software innovations and gathers together IT leaders from hundreds of the top organizations in North America.
“Previous conferences included over 350 customers and next year’s conference promises to be the largest in our history with a focus on learning, networking and gathering user feedback for our next software deployment,” Moscov said.
The announcement marks the latest in a series of major moves from PAETEC. As TMCnet reported yesterday in an
interview with an official that heads a PAETEC subsidiary, the “IP Simple Solutions” product combines the company’s Allworx IP-PBX (

More specifically, with IP Simple Solutions, PAETEC can offer and support SIP trunking, high-speed Internet and MPLS VPN nationwide, as well as its own IP-PBX and phones.
PINNACLE is another popular offering from PAETEC, and the conference has emerged as an event that brings together hundreds of end users focused on leveraging the latest innovations in technology and industry-proven best practices, according to the company.
Of course, the PINNACLE suite itself is the major draw. The software application is offered as a licensed solution or managed service that allows large enterprise customers to achieve effective communications lifecycle management and to consolidate the management and delivery of all technology-related services onto a single platform. The PINNACLE Users Conference gives attendees the chance to learn about the latest innovations in next-generation TEM and Service Lifecycle Management, share best practices with industry peers and participate in several training sessions.
