Echopass, a SaaS provider of cloud-based contact center solutions, reportedly inducted two new members into its EchoPlace partner network – Empirix (News - Alert) and SimpliCTI. There are over 30 certified EchoPlace partners in the program, and the newly added partners should address robust growth of cloud-based contact center marketplace.

“Both of these new partners enable Echopass to extend our award-winning market differentiation and innovation through integrations that our enterprise clients expect and require,” commented Echopass’ chief sales and partner officer, Karl Holzthum.

Echopass’s EchoPlace is an environment in which enterprise clients have a choice regarding how best to optimize their customer service through innovations from suppliers with solutions built on the open Echopass platform. Utilizing the benefits offered by EchoPlace, partners can adapt new ways to integrate existing assets with the Echopass platform, which in turn will help them realize differentiated customer experience, greater agent productivity and lower costs.

Empirix asserted that Echopass clients will now be able to access its solutions to improve performance and satisfy demanding customer experience requirements. Empirix OneSight can be deployed to measure voice, video and data quality in a single solution, and it is now available via Echopass to help clients enhance business processes, troubleshoot issues and delight customers.

SimpliCTI added that the combination of Echopass’ cloud-based services, breadth of salesforce.com applications, and SimpliCTI’s own robust integration solution now bring a new level of enhanced customer experience and agent performance improvements, previously unavailable to the large enterprise contact center market.

Along with its EchoPlace partners, Echopass has consolidated a research and development team of over 1,000 individuals dedicated to providing advanced solutions to meet today’s business challenges.

Recently, the firm was presented with the “North American Hosted Partner of the Year” award by the Genesys (News - Alert)- and Echopass-sponsored J.D. Power and Associates roundtable.
