Altitude Software Partners with AloTech Technology to Serve Turkish Contact Center Industry

Contact center solutions provider Altitude Software (News - Alert) is announcing a partnership with AloTech Technology, a Turkish information technology services company. The agreement will make Altitude Software solutions available in Turkey's emerging contact center industry, specifically Altitude’s new release of its uCI product, which was designed to increase a contact center's profitability and impact on business with real time insights, multimedia workflows, campaign optimization and unified social media interactions.

AloTech Technology is an IT services company based in Istanbul. Incorporated in 2007, it offers a wide range of business and IT services including contact center services, business process outsourcing and hosted contact center solutions.

At the upcoming Turkey Call Center Expo (taking place October 18 and 19 in Istanbul), Altitude Software and AloTech will be introducing the Altitude uCI 8, the new release of Altitude Software's customer interaction management suite, to contact centers in an industry that has been growing at impressive rates in the last few years in Turkey.

“Our partnership with Alotech delivers innovative solutions for contact centers seeking to execute multichannel business strategies and deliver maximum value in a wide range of operational situations,” said Jose Santos Coelho, vice president at Altitude Software, in a statement announcing the partnership. "Alotech has an impressive capability to develop, implement and maintain solutions that support and enhance contact center's business strategy, competitiveness and profitability,” he added.

Altitude uCI, which is used in 1,100 contact centers worldwide today, has added hundreds of new features focused on increasing contact center's ability to perform profitably, and it delivers significant innovation in key contact center business areas, said the company.
