Trillium Software Picks Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM Software for Data Quality Offerings

Officials of Trillium Software say the company has decided to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM software into its data quality offerings for both on-premise and cloud environments using Windows Azure.

The Dynamics CRM’s Software Development Kit is intended to let users access data cleansing and matching capabilities in the Trillium Software System, Trillium officials explain, adding that it will give users real-time and batch enterprise data quality services -- “data will be evaluated and cleansed at the point of entry.”

"Microsoft Dynamics CRM is designed to offer a flexible and extensible framework to enable organisations like Trillium Software to integrate," said Mark Albrecht, director of Microsoft Dynamics ISV Strategy.

A Microsoft National Systems Integrator and Gold Certified Partner, Neudesic, says there’s a “strong value” for an integrated data quality tool that can provide Dynamics CRM users with many benefits. "We understand the need for data quality services within existing Microsoft implementations," said Parsa Rohani, chief executive officer at Neudesic.

According to NetSuite (News - Alert), NetSuite CRM+ software delivers powerful customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities, including sales force automation (SFA), marketing automation, customer support and service, and flexible customization, all in a web-based CRM solution. In contrast to other CRM solutions that are available on the market today, NetSuite CRM+ includes powerful sales performance, order management and marketing effectiveness capabilities as standard.

In related news, Calvin Azuri from TMCnet, recently reported that Bluespring Software, a market leader in the business process innovation (BPI) technology and solutions, launched Bluespring BPM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.
