Rostrvm (News - Alert) Solutions , which is celebrating 25 years of successful business in the contact center industry, is sponsoring the 6th Annual North West Contact Centre Awards. The purpose of the award is to recognize and acknowledge excellence in a customer-oriented industry.

In a press release, Simon Wellings (News - Alert) of Rostrvm said, “We wanted to sponsor these awards because CallNorthWest has been working with the region’s contact centers for many years, helping them to overcome the obstacles to high performance, as individuals and organizations strive to achieve ‘excellence’.”

The awards are organized by CallNorthWest, which has become the largest regional network of contact centers in the U.K. They gather greater significance in the light of increased competition and a vulnerable economy .

With a solid reputation as a premier software developer of a suite of applications that help that help contact and call centers to work more efficiently and effectively, Rostrvm has been regularly sponsoring awards and believes that the effectiveness of a call center and its supporting processes could underscore the difference between success and failure.

Out of the many companies that participated, 34 have made it to the finals. The winners are expected to be announced on October 7, 2011 at the Palace Hotel, Manchester.

Wellings said, “The awards are judged on both a written application and a meeting with the panel of judges, who are representatives from the North West Contact Centre Sector.”

In other news, Rostrvm Solutions (News - Alert) recently announced that as a part of its training package, it will now be introducing new certified qualifications. The company is also pleased to welcome Ben Alexander to its Training team. Prior to this Alexander had worked with LANDesk, Touchpaper (News - Alert) and royalblue and has experience in both Support and Training. He understands the business from both sides and is a genuine ‘people person’ having over 15 years of solid industry experience.
