Acqueon Technologies, a provider of solutions for the Customer Interaction Management (CIM) industry, announced that David Sokoler will be its new vice president of product management.

“David brings with him a depth of knowledge and experience in software engineering, product management, and contact center applications, all of which are extremely valued in our product and solution development. We are confident that David's expertise in the field will help our team continue to deliver cutting-edge products that shape customer experiences and assist organizations in building better relationships”, said Baskar Subramanian, chairman of Acqueon Technologies, in a statement.

Acqueon claimed that its suite of products is aimed not only at helping users make customer interactions meaningful but using them effectively to build relationships. As the new vice president of product management, Sokoler will supervise strategic product planning and lifecycle management of all Acqueon products and enable them to evolve accordingly to users’ demands and he will also help the company realize new opportunities for software advancements in the customer collaboration space.

Sokoler has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering, product design and development sector and is stated to be a specialist in contact center and network traffic analysis. Previously, he was the Avaya’s (News - Alert) director of engineering, a job that required him to manage global product teams in designing and delivering Avaya's Enterprise Contact Center portfolio of industry leading inbound and outbound contact center products.

Along with the vast expertise, Sokoloer is also credited as an innovator in the customer collaboration space. With three patents issued to date and three additional patents pending, Sokoler continues to contribute to the telecommunications industry in a multitude of ways.

In related news, Acqueon recently improved agility for contact centers and released new Communications and Notifications Management application.
