Valicom Customers Report Increased Satisfaction

Valicom, an organization involved in the administration of telecom outflows, recently reported increases in contentment from its customers. In the recent customer satisfaction survey carried out for the third quarter of 2012, the organization received an average rating of 3.88 on a scale of 4.0. 

Customers are also provided educational choices like webinars and whitepapers from Valicom.

According to the customer satisfaction survey, at least 75 percent of the respondents awarded a 100 percent score to Valicom. For the past thirteen years, Valicom has been surveying its customers every three months. Through the survey, Valicom aims to track the organization’s performance in main arenas like professionalism, in general anticipation, communication, quality and accurateness, perception of client requirements, receptiveness, meeting of deadlines, and in general merit.
