C Spire Wireless’s partnership with the company Credera has earned it the number one position as U.S. technology innovator in the Wireless Industry in InformationWeek 500.

Credera, a full-service management and technology consulting firm, has initiated a strategic CRM initiative for C Spire Wireless that continues to offer huge efficiency gains, faster customer service, and increased customer satisfaction.

 “Credera has greatly enjoyed its partnership with C Spire Wireless over the past four years. We are proud of the results we accomplished together and are thrilled InformationWeek 500 recognized C Spire Wireless as number one in the Wireless Industry,” said Rob Borrego, President and CEO, Credera.

InformationWeek 500 is annual ranking of the most innovative companies employing information technology in their businesses. It is presented by InformationWeek magazine.

C Spire Wireless, a regional wireless communications provider, has engaged Credera to carry on strategic and development efforts for an easy-to-use, fully-integrated, CRM solution. This custom solution provides C Spire Wireless holistic customer views by aggregating information from several internal and external systems for sales and service.

With this CRM solution, representatives are able to provide consistent, faster, and more personalized service across all customer touch points, including retail locations, call centers, telesales, and third-party resellers. Before deployment of this solution, representatives had to click-through as many as eight different screens and applications in order to access information. But now all the information can be accessed via main screen, resulting in a 10-15 second efficiency savings.
