Data Dimensions, a provider of information management and business process automation solutions, owns a Tier III data center in Wisconsin, which is designed for business continuity, disaster recovery managed hosting and cloud computing through ddCloud.
To reveal more details of the datacenter to customers, Data Dimension has launched a video tour that contains a combination of pictures and video containing details of the data center.
“Our video is a key new tool for getting our message out while engaging our clients and showcasing the critical elements involved in our Tier III data center,” said Jon Boumstein, president and CEO, Data Dimensions, in a statement. “This is a huge strategic step and a much more thorough approach to touring the center while enhancing our message.”
The video tour gives both existing and potential clients an opportunity to see the offerings from the company through a seamless, interactive experience.
Strategically located in Janesville, Wisconsin, the Tier III data center provides a fully redundant environment within a secure facility capable of withstanding an F5 tornado. The data center is built to safeguard mission critical data.
Infrastructure and cooling are integral components of a data center. The data center infrastructure is composed of multiple active power and cooling distribution paths, concurrently maintainable, and designed to provide maximum uptime to customers.
By offering a video tour, Data Dimension allows a virtual walk-through which helps generate interest among the people and describe some of the IT infrastructure installed in the data center that is not otherwise visible to customers.
Data Dimensions also provides a complete range of outsourcing and professional services including mailroom management; document conversion services; data capture with OCR/ICR technologies; electronic and physical records storage and retrieval services; managed services through the state of the art tier III data center.
Earlier in July, Dimension Data unveiled OneCloud Partner Program, a global cloud partnership initiative that enables service providers, education institutions, government agencies and trading communities to rapidly bring new cloud services to market.
