Firmex Virtual Data Rooms products enable thousands of financial and legal intermediaries, investment funds and corporations securely share large volumes of confidential documents for financial transactions, M&A, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation and secure customer extranets. The company offers the levels of security, certified by industry standards, such as SAS (News - Alert) 70 Type II and SOC2.
