Recently, Telx announced considerable expansions of its CHI1 data center at 350 E. Cermak Chicago, IL, and also its PHX1 facility at 120 E. Van Buren Phoenix, AZ.

Telx provides 17 C3 (News - Alert) data centers (Cloud Connection Centers) located in nine Tier 1 markets. Connecting the world’s most demanding and important business infrastructure, these facilities, and their complete interconnection services support, protect their client’s data.

Telx provides its clients with a competitive advantage with its data centers. 

Telx's CHI1 facility is within the world's largest datacenter at 1.1 million square feet. The data center is among the most important facilities for the financial services industry.

In that facility, Telx has the important interconnection area "Meet-Me-Room." Making Telx one of the largest colocation providers in the facility, this expansion offers colocation services in six independent suites.

Located in the heart of Phoenix's downtown business district, this announcement also focuses on a 60-percent footprint expansion of its PHX1 facility.

Recently, the company announced plans to enter the Seattle market, taking space in a facility operated by Sabey Data Centers, the recognized data center developer in the Pacific Northwest. The new Telx facility will be recognized as SEA-1 and will be located in building #4 on Sabey’s Intergate.Seattle East campus facility in Seattle, WA, as the company’s 18th Cloud Connection Center.
