CartoPac International recently confirmed two key additions to its management team: a new chief executive officer and a director of Development.
CartoPac Internationals has named Carl Lee as the new CEO. Lee, who has extensive experience in high-level management, has worked in the CFO and CEO positions at numerous futuristic organizations.
At Ernst & Young, Carl served as a Management Consulting Partner, completely concentrating on budding and midsize technology organizations. He was also instrumental for the rise of Brocade Communications Systems (News - Alert) Inc., where he held the position of CFO, from a startup company to a chief business in the fiber channel switch market.
Carl has also played an important role in Brocade (News - Alert) going public in 1999. Since 2001, Carl has been with CartoPac, where he is also the Chairman of the Board.
"CartoPac's proven strength is in the mobile asset management arena and our recent leadership changes will improve our focus there,” Lee said. “We are extremely pleased that Brian has decided to join our team."
The latest director of Development at CartoPac will be Brian Noyle. An extremely esteemed GIS solutions professional, Noyle has a decade of experience in solutions development and architecture. Esri conferences worldwide often include papers presented by Brian.
He is also popular for marketing and assisting a faster incorporation between GIS teams and IT companies.
Said Noyle: "This is a tremendous opportunity to contribute in an area of great interest to me. CartoPac's mobile technologies help companies achieve significant cost benefits in field asset data collection, in part because there is no programming or expensive customization – it's all done with configuration tools.”
“My team will expand on this to develop more out-of-the-box solutions to address specific customer needs," he said.
CartoPac International confirmed that in the next few months, it will launch a number of commercial off-the-shelf offerings.
