FiberMedia Group, LLC has extended its executive team with the inclusion of Keith Olsen (News - Alert). As one of the Directors on the Board, Olsen will be primarily responsible for devising expansion plans for the organization.

Olsen has more than three decades of experience in the areas of data center and network services. Prior to joining FiberMedia, Olsen was the president and CEO at Switch and Data (News - Alert) Facilities Company, Inc.

At Switch and Data, Olsen was instrumental in the organization's initial public offering (IPO) in 2007, considered one of the extremely triumphant IPOs in the data center industry. Olsen was also responsible for the organization’s three accretive acquisitions and a victorious company deal.

The organization, taken over by Equinix (News - Alert) in 2010, had shown successive quarterly growth in terms of revenue and EBITDA under Olsen’s management.

The new member has also worked at AT&T (News - Alert) as vice president of the Advanced Business Services Division.

Under Olsen’s guidance, where he revealed numerous untouched methods to garner profits, AT&T reported six successive years of considerable revenue augmentation. He was also employed at Graphnet Inc., a major provider of incorporated applications and communication services.

As VP of the organization, Olsen headed the worldwide sales, marketing and operations divisions. He is also a member of the Board at RigNet, a NASDAQ listed public organization, and Intelepeer, a private organization.
