Champaign, Illinois-based broadband service provider, Pavlov Media, has reportedly experienced record growth in the Internet and video networks deployment. The company has attributed the success to its expertise and experience in the fields of construction and engineering.
Pavlov Media provides multiple broadband services, including Video, Data and Voice services to multi-family real estate owners. The company offers commercial grade services in several larger markets via its citywide and regional networks.
Breaking its own internal record for deployment of Internet and video networks, Pavlov Media completed networks construction projects for 13,945 beds during the prime summer construction season.
For the entire year, the number exceeds 16,000 beds.
The firm’s other activities during this period include the implementation of 187,000 feet of Cat5e (35 miles) used in construction, a placement of 81,000 feet (15 miles) of fiber, deployment 3,174 Access Point (News - Alert) radios for wireless networks, and the installation of seven new video headends for cable television networks.
“This record deployment happened because of the expertise of our construction services, engineering and field operations team members, as well as the dozens of outstanding low-voltage contractors Pavlov Media works with daily across the nation,” Glenn Meyer, president of MDU services for Pavlov Media, noted in a statement. “We built out to more apartments and more beds than ever before and set a pace that is well ahead of industry standards for construction.”
“We are grateful for the trust that our customers place in us to deploy and operate their broadband networks,” he said.
In July this year, Pavlov Media announced that its new Pavlov Connect 3.0 platform had shown excellent performance by increasing user satisfaction as well as reducing call center volume.
