This month the company announced it has hired Kristine Kropp as the new Vice President of Service Delivery. Ms. Kropp has more than 25 years of operations, service delivery and customer care experience in some of the largest organizations in telecom. This includes executive level operations, service delivery and field operation positions with Time Warner telecom, eSpire, and Xspedius.
According to the company her duties will include developing and managing FiberLight’s (News - Alert) customer implementation operations and back office systems. She will be reporting directly to Paul Pierron at the company's Atlanta, GA, headquarters.
FiberLight has more than 1.3 million miles of fiber optic network offering a variety of services throughout the country. As the adoption of smart mobile devices continues to grow the network the company will be providing services to more and more people looking for fast broadband access. It is therefore essential to manage the influx of customers that will be coming to the company with the right talent, the company noted in a statement.
