North 6th Agency (N6A), a communications agency based in New York City, was recently named the PR agency of record (AOR) for Allied Fiber (News - Alert), a company that is building the United States' first integrated, open access, physical layer, network-neutral colocation and dark fiber superstructure. As a part of its responsibility with Allied Fiber, N6A will be raising awareness about Allied Fiber's upcoming initiatives, as well as providing services, such as content development, media outreach, social media management and strategy, marketing audits, and more.
"The innovation, economic impact, and leadership presence that Allied Fiber represents has all of us at N6A extremely eager to tell their story and educate the masses on their mission," said Matt Rizzetta, president and CEO of N6A. "We couldn't be happier to have been chosen as a trusted partner, and to team up with Allied Fiber during this transformational period over the next several years."
Hunter Newby (News - Alert), CEO of Allied Fiber, said that the company is making a transition from constructing the first regional-based segment of the Allied Fiber network into an operating business. Newby further said they felt that N6A was an ideal agency partner for their needs as the agency’s expertise and relationships not only within the telecom domain, but also across the national business media and within key regional markets.
N6A serves more than 20 leading and emerging companies from a wide range of industries, including BtoB, technology, digital media and marketing services, consumer services, energy, healthcare and professional services.
Last year, North 6th Agency (N6A) was recognized as a finalist in the PR Agency of the Year category for the Annual 2013 Golden Bridge Awards. The annual Golden Bridge Awards program with active participation from a broad spectrum of industry voices, encompasses the world's best in organizational performance, products and services, innovations, executives and management teams from every major industry in the world.
