RealMatch, a company that provides online recruitment solutions for corporations, publishers, and staffing companies, announced the release of a new online employment-advertising platform for the job seekers, employers, and recruiters.

RealMatch is a profile-matching platform with a comprehensive taxonomy and proprietary algorithm. If offers free job posting services with real-time update of candidate result page by grading, filtering, and ranking the candidates based on their qualifications.
The platform eliminates the process of keyword-based searching of jobs or profiles. RealMatch uses an algorithm to compare the profiles of the candidates on criteria such as work experience, title, and the skills associated with each job, giving importance to the preferences of the candidates.
RealMatch allows candidates to view the matching jobs in real-time but remain anonymous while looking for alternate opportunities. Employers, meanwhile, can see the list of candidates filtered, graded and ranked according to the suitability of the position. The above service is offered free to both employers and candidates.
The platform uses a pay-for-performance pricing model that allows employers and recruiters to post jobs and view profiles of candidates at no cost. They will be charged a fee only when they wish to access the contact information of suitable candidates.
The RealMatch employment advertising platform provides a free version of RealMatch’s applicant tracking system to advertisers. This system helps them to track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Along with the employment advertising platform, RealMatch also launched its new Career Portal Network (CPN), powered by the same technology. CPN permits other Web sites to offer co-branded career portals with no upfront costs, but with a potential for revenue sharing.
"We believe we have removed many of the barriers and solved many of the major problems that plague online job boards," said Gal Almog, president of RealMatch.
Currently, RealMatch’s technology powers approximately one thousand job portals, serving millions of users. RealMatch’s partners include from MIT (News - Alert), of McGraw Hill,, and

"Our partners, ranging from market verticals to general-interest business and lifestyle sites, greatly enhance their offering by adding a career portal," said Rafael Cosentino, vice president of business development for RealMatch.
With the help of the RealMatch technology, online publishers can tap the market that generates 25 percent of all Internet advertising revenues.
