TMCnet's Dialer Software Week in Review

By Melissa Warner, TMCnet Contributing Writer

This week in dialer software, partnerships and promotions aim to improve sales across the globe. Datapipe (News - Alert) works with Amazon to improve marketing efforts, while WANdisco add sales managers Paul Hewitt and Scott Rudenstein. Managed Maintenance is recognized for software excellence, while AIMS 360 further improves RemoteLink for fashion houses.

Datapipe announced a new partnership with Amazing Web Services (AWP) Partner Network (APN) for advanced cloud consulting. The partnership is intended to help businesses grow with specialized marketing support and information. AWP and Datapipe’s partnership comes as a direct result of Amazon’s flexible cloud solutions. Datapipe will help AWP grow through webinars, case studies and innovated practice techniques.

Paul Hewitt and Scott Rudenstein were appointed at WANdisco to sales management in an effort to focus on the continued growth of large enterprise software sales. Both Hewitt and Rudenstein offer over two decades of sales experience. Hewitt previously worked at IBM (News - Alert) Technologic and Serena Software before taking his new position. Rudenstein was part of IBM Rational Software Group and Quest Software as part of their sales teams.

Managed Maintenance received recognition from Demand Gen Report for its integration of SalesFUSION360 and Microsoft (News - Alert) CRM. The company was honored with the 2012 Sales and Marketing Alignment Award. Both SalesFUSION 360 and Microsoft CRM met the requirements that software had to integrate data, social networks, online events and sales.

AIMS 360 introduced Remotlink one year ago for budget-friendly fashion houses. Today the company notes that it has helped many fashion houses around the world. The software is handy for salesmen on-the-go to record sales and track shipping orders. In the end the efficiency boosts sales at trade shows, client’s sites or directly at the point of sales. The company notes that RemoteLink isn’t meant to take away from personable sales, but only to improve communication between the salesman and distribution center.
