Telefonica Takes Revenue Assurance Lessons Through cVidya

Telefonica (News - Alert) is getting schooled, and I mean that in the best of ways. Telefonica LATAM has signed up for extended revenue assurance (RA) training through cVidya’s Education Center, following its recent order of 100 seats in the Associate RA course. With the knowledge and training gained from the course, Telefonica’s agents will be fully trained in all aspects of revenue assurance.


The Advanced RA course from Vidya offers over 30 hours of video lectures delivered by top industry experts to help trainees learn the ins and outs of revenue assurance. They can also take the course at their own pace before taking tests to assure they’ve learned everything they need to from the course. Following completion, they’re awarded a certificate from cVidya, declaring their skill and certifying they’ve completed their learning.

As Telefonica has already taken the Advanced RA course, the Extended RA training will take that knowledge and expand upon it, providing more knowledge, more tactics, and even more training. By the time they’re done, the Telefonica agents taking the course will be experts in RA, thanks to cVidya.
