Recently, DBR360 announced that CITIC Telecom International CPC (News - Alert) Limited (CITIC Telecom CPC) has extended its network reach across North America by joining DBR360's 360Exchange.
This partnership facilitates DBR360 to deliver an entire suite of managed services including SDH conversion and Ethernet powered by the NaaS service model of DBR360, to CITIC Telecom CPC. In a release, David Baule, CEO of DBR360 stated that, "Requirements to connect to facilities, partners and service providers across the globe are growing in complexity. By leveraging the investments DBR360 has made in the 360Exchange, CITIC Telecom CPC will be well positioned to deliver extended reach and flexibility to its customers in North America. We are pleased to have CITIC Telecom CPC join the 360Exchange."
The 360Exchange is supported by a protected network architecture that includes Ethernet, SDH, and SONET technologies. CITIC Telecom CPC has leveraged the innovative business model of 360Exchange to significantly minimize network charges and also extend its reach through on-net presence in various exchange locations, thereby lowering the capital investment, term commitments or capacity build-outs. Three strategically located points of presence will initially be deployed in New York, Ashburn, and Los Angeles.

Through this partnership, CITIC Telecom CPC will be able to access the 360Pro portal, which is a web-based tool developed for streamlining management of inventories, orders and service delivery on the 360Exchange. The 360Pro portal helps CITIC Telecom CPC promote its services to enterprises and service providers on a global scale. The organization will also be able to order and track provisioning with improved analysis and data management capabilities and deliver enhanced visibility and control over its tailored network connections.
