MetaVis Technologies, a provider of SharePoint migration solutions and management tools, has launched a new website that features new offerings for SharePoint migration, administration and governance, Office 365 and tools for SharePoint end users.

The website highlights MetaVis Migration Suite, Administration Suite, Tools for Office 365 and Tools for SharePoint users. These products are SharePoint 2013 ready, so companies can plan their SharePoint 2013 deployment strategy with confidence.

MetaVis Technologies recently announced full support for SharePoint 2013 providing tools for SharePoint migration, administration, as well as end-user tools to manage information in SharePoint 2013.

Earlier in June, the company also announced that its SharePoint Migration line, including Administration and Governance tools, all supporting Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365 for Government.

The migration Suite is a set of software solutions that maintains metadata such as Created and Modified dates in SharePoint. The solution supports migrations from SharePoint (premises-based or hosted), file systems, Microsoft Exchange Public Folders, Microsoft Outlook and Google (News - Alert).

The Administration Suite features SharePoint management and governance tools for backup, security, taxonomy and change management while the Office 365 tools facilitate SharePoint migration, backup and security management.

The company also provides software to help end users and administrators classify content, bulk upload or copy content directly from the SharePoint ribbon.

The company is exhibiting the new solutions at SPTechCon Boston.

The website also includes SharePoint whitepaper series that provides users advice on planning a SharePoint information architecture, migration, backup, security management and administering Office 365. The whitepaper provides tips to common problems faced by users during implementation or on-going management of SharePoint.

A Microsoft Gold certified ISV, MetaVis develops software to help organize SharePoint and Office 365 environments for improved search and governance. MetaVis products are agentless and are based on intuitive, graphical interfaces that are easy to use and easy to install.
