Concurrency, Inc., an email hosting provider, recently appointed industry veterans Kate Weiland and Paul Cielinski to lead senior management roles in the company.
Kate Weiland will join the company as director of Human Capital Management, whereas Paul Cielinski will work as Concurrency’s Customer Relationship Management practice manager.
The addition of these experienced professionals is a part of Concurrency's expansion in the Milwaukee and Chicago regions, given its recent record growth that it has seen within Microsoft-focused consulting services.
Weiland holds more than 15 years of experience in IT recruiting and talent management in software development, architecture and design, networking, and project management. Prior to joining Concurrency, she was vice president at Milwaukee-based Elite Human Capital Group where she was responsible for directing the firm's services in the professional information technology field.
Weiland was also the founder and owner of an IT recruiting and consulting practice C&C Recruiting and Consulting, which later merged with Elite Human Capital Group.
Before taking on his new role at the email hosting business, Cielinski was a CRM Practice manager at Milwaukee-based Broadlook Technologies. His past experience includes both CRM and enterprise resource planning consulting.
Academically, Cielinski has earned an executive MBA degree from Arizona State University. Working at Concurrency, he will be responsible for custom CRM development and implementation and continuing expanding Concurrency's Microsoft (News

In a statement, Concurrency Founder and President James Savage said, "We've always been fortunate in our ability to attract top talent. Kate and Paul are two of the most experienced professionals in the region in their respective areas of expertise. We're thrilled to welcome both to our senior management team."
