GSX (News - Alert) Solutions, a provider of consolidated monitoring and reporting solutions for email hosting and enterprise collaboration environments, recently unveiled new capabilities to its GSX Monitor & Analyzer.

The GSX Monitor & Analyzer includes advanced role-based monitoring capabilities to help pinpoint delivery issues in multi-server Exchange-based email hosting environments at an affordable cost.

The functionality powered by the offering that enables users to continually interact with the email hosting and collaboration system via mail routing scenarios and other tests helps to identify emerging issues and sends alerts when corrective actions need to take place. The solution also provides advanced server management through full service tracking and performance tracking for VIP users by monitoring specific mailboxes in various databases. It pinpoints levels of service delivery on multiple servers.

An additional capability is the enhanced environment health view within the product that makes it easy to see which roles are underperforming, which servers have recurring issues, and which servers are getting the heaviest use so that you can balance loads accordingly.

The latest version of the GSX Monitor & Analyzer is now available for immediate download. The company is also offering a free trial version.

Earlier this year, TMCnet reported that GSX Solutions received Silver Partner status in the Microsoft (News - Alert) Partner Network. To further the development and promotion of its consolidated Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange solutions, GSX joined the Microsoft System Center Alliance as well.
