SherWeb, a provider of email hosting solutions based on Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange, recently launched its Hosted Exchange 2013 offering to distributors, resellers and advisors selling its cloud services.
The company follows a white label reseller model in which partners retain full customer ownership, set their own prices and provide level one customer support under their own brand, in addition to a highly rewarding advisor model that includes a large one-time payout plus recurring monthly payments for the entire life of the product.
Rima Hatoum, product manager at SherWeb, in a recent interview with TMCnet said the company offers a lot of flexibility, including 24/7 technical support during both onboarding and migration processes. No minimum users or contracts are required and customers can select to pay a monthly fee if that’s what they feel most comfortable with. They also have the option to cancel their service at anytime or even mix and match SherWeb plans with other plans.
Additionally, the email hosting provider has a system in place that allows them to constantly receive customer feedback and ultimately raise the bar on satisfaction. The company has a dedicated team of migration experts who perform actual migrations from any platform to SherWeb’s platform with ease.
During the interview, Hatoum also highlighted that in the email hosting space there is rapid increase in Hosted Exchange adoption, but there is still lack of awareness among businesses.
The new Hosted Exchange 2013 offering is a direct response to the growing demand for solutions hosted in the cloud.
This announcement puts SherWeb partners in the enviable position of being able to offer their customers the latest version of the high-demand business email and collaboration solution before anyone else. In fact, SherWeb was the first provider worldwide to introduce Hosted Exchange 2013 to the retail market. A Microsoft Partner of the Year and two time winner of the Deloitte (News - Alert) Technology Fast 500 in 2011 and 2012, the organization is SAS 70 Type II-certified and boasts a fully redundant infrastructure with a 99.999 percent SLA.
“Our partner program is designed to fit every business model,” commented Mathieu Leblanc, SherWeb’s director, Strategic Partners, in a statement. “We not only offer the best margins and performance tiers in the industry, but we do more to support our partners with unparalleled technical support, all-inclusive migration service and partner enablement. And we will continue to innovate so that our partners can capitalize fully on the growing demand for cloud services and stay relevant to their customers.”
