SherWeb, a provider of email hosting solutions based on Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange, recently launched its Hosted Exchange 2013 offering to distributors, resellers and advisors selling its cloud services.

Rima Hatoum, product manager at SherWeb, in a recent interview with TMCnet said the company offers a lot of flexibility, including 24/7 technical support during both onboarding and migration processes. No minimum users or contracts are required and customers can select to pay a monthly fee if that’s what they feel most comfortable with. They also have the option to cancel their service at anytime or even mix and match SherWeb plans with other plans.

Additionally, the email hosting provider has a system in place that allows them to constantly receive customer feedback and ultimately raise the bar on satisfaction. The company has a dedicated team of migration experts who perform actual migrations from any platform to SherWeb’s platform with ease.

During the interview, Hatoum also highlighted that in the email hosting space there is rapid increase in Hosted Exchange adoption, but there is still lack of awareness among businesses.

The new Hosted Exchange 2013 offering is a direct response to the growing demand for solutions hosted in the cloud.
