Protiviti Inc. a global consulting firm, has successfully completed the acquisition of SusQtech Inc., a premier provider of SharePoint implementation, the design of email hosting solutions, integration, training and customer support services.

The combination of SusQtech and Protiviti's software consulting services will help Protiviti to assist more companies in seeing the most out of their Microsoft (News - Alert) technology-based initiatives in order to meet specific business goals and achieve measureable benefits.

With this acquisition, Protiviti will also be able to benefit from SusQtech's deep technical talent and strategic relationships, which will further help the company in expanding its global IT consulting engine.

In a statement, Kurt Underwood, Protiviti managing director and global head of the firm's IT Consulting Practice said, "The addition of SusQtech's talent and relationships expands our delivery capacity and knowledge base in SharePoint, ASP.NET (News - Alert), and Microsoft's ERP and CRM applications. And, Protiviti will now be uniquely positioned to offer the marketplace highly effective SharePoint user training and on-call support services."

Further, the SusQtech team will strengthen Protiviti's SharePoint experience and will enhance the firm's ability to deliver Microsoft technology-based consulting services using the agile software development method.
