StrongMail recently announced that it was one of six companies recognized by Forrester (News - Alert) Research, to participate in "The Forrester Wave: Email Marketing Vendors, Q1 2012." StrongMail is a provider of interactive marketing solutions for email marketing and social media. Making the top six list is quite an accomplishment for the company as there were 48 other companies also invited by Forrester.

StrongMail was identified by Forrester as "the single most inquired about firm" in 2011 and the only vendor that had a hosted as well as an installed solution. The company received perfect scores for campaign performance testing, customer retention and scalability.

The 2012 report from Forrester recognized StrongMail as the first and only provider that was offering an installed solution, further validating this option for enterprises who require high levels of scalability, performance, security and integration.

The Forrester report with regards to StrongMail's management team said, “We give this vendor's leadership a lot of credit. In the past six years this vendor has gone from being an email appliance powering other email service providers to the single most asked about email vendor in Forrester's email marketing inquiries."
