Direct and digital marketing services firm SIGMA Marketing unveiled a new service -- Fast Forward Social Media Service.

This new service, as indicated is an expert, streamlined assessment process aimed at helping marketers quickly gauge the effectiveness of their business-to-business social media efforts.

The service offers a rapid assessment of business-to-business social media effectiveness, and eventually delivers recommendations on how to best reach target audiences.

Also, the service will review both online and offline marketing activities as they relate to social media, showing their critical connection. The assessment will also include a thorough analysis of customers’ social media usage, including social profiles, channels and campaigns – and how those efforts stack up against competitors. The result, as believed by the company, will be an in-depth report that supplies business with the components of social marketing success like;   uniform content strategy aligning online and offline marketing communications; social measurement strategy based on clear metrics; customized selection of social channels and tools best suited to each businesses’ unique needs; social media strategy streamlined to integrate with current marketing efforts.


“Studies show that over two-thirds of business-to-business companies use social networks in their marketing mix, while few calculate the ROI of their social marketing campaigns,” Martha Bush, senior vice president of strategy & marketing at SIGMA said in a press release.

“That leaves a huge gap in understanding and correcting the profitability of businesses’ social marketing. Fast Forward Social Media fills that gap,” Bush added.
