There are many ways for companies to spread the word about their new and innovative solutions, but sometimes the best way to let people know about a new offering is to show it to them in person and let them kick the tires. For that reason, Sprint (News - Alert), a leader in the embedded M2M solutions space, is looking forward to the Insurance Telematics USA 2012 conference, where it will have a strong presence.
In addition to being a conference sponsor, Sprint will have a booth where it will demonstrate its Integrated Insurance Solution and representatives from the embedded M2M solutions leader will be taking part in panels and media events. The event will be held September 5-6 at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
According to George Kandt, M2M marketing manager at Sprint, the company is looking forward to meeting with key decision makers in the industry, including partners, customers and potential customers. Sprint will be highlighting its Integrated Insurance Solution, which is a key, usage-based insurance solution that helps insurance companies meet their goals while providing genuine value for policyholders.
Representatives from Sprint can be found at booth 307, where they will be showcasing their Integrated Insurance Solution, providing brochures, demoing the software and solution and showing a video that provides an overview of the solutions. At the conference, Sprint wants to highlight is its trial program, which provides a chance for insurance companies to try out the industry-leading solution in a low-cost, low risk fashion and test the UBI solution internally before rolling it out to customers.
Members of the Sprint M2M team will also be available to visit with interested parties and answer questions. At the booth, attendees can sign up for several giveaways, including a chance to win a Samsung (News - Alert) Galaxy tablet.
In addition to its presence on the show floor, Sprint will also be taking part in panel discussions. William Faresich, product manager of integrated insurance solutions, will be speaking on September 6. He will take part in the panel entitled “Map Your Route to Take Insurance Telematics to Mass Market.”
Along with Faresich, many other members of the Sprint M2M team will be present at the conference, including sales managers, solution engineers and more. Also, Wayne Ward, vice president for M2M at Sprint, will attend the conference to meet with customers and members of the media.
Several of Sprint’s partners in their UBI solution will be at the show as well, including Agnik, which provides the scoring software, AnyDATA (News - Alert), which provides the device, and Modus, which is responsible for back-end fulfillment operations.
Ultimately, Sprint wants to use the conference to highlight its leadership and innovation in the insurance telematics space. It is the first wireless carrier to offer a complete end-to-end UBI solution that makes it easy for companies to achieve their goals with simple, easy to use solutions that utilize best-in-class partners. The solution is designed to save money for insurance providers and help them attract and retain better drivers. As Kandt points out, this is just one aspect of Sprint’s dedication to safe driving and promoting good behavior and safety on the roads, making it not only a leader in the industry but a responsible, thoughtful company as well.
