This week, AskPatty.com, the website which caters to women seeking automotive advice, announced it is now working together with LogMyCalls to offer marketing tracking solutions for retailers certified as “female friendly” by AskPatty.


As per the partnership, businesses can now see how many of their calls are coming from the AskPatty.com referrals and they will be able to make use of call recordings from LogMyCalls for monitoring performance of their staff.

Jody DeVere, AskPatty.com CEO said, “This is a valuable opportunity: from a woman's perspective, the tone and success of this call sets the tone of the entire relationship-and it can sink the relationship just as quickly. LogMyCalls hits the bull’s-eye when comes to tracking marketing and vital phone communication.”

Also this week, Axess Communications announced its recognized an increase in calls over the last year after it began offering call recording solutions for SMBs.

Enterprise call recording can be instrumental in improving sales volumes, and can be a vital tool for guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Jeff Myers, president and CEO of Axess Communications said, “Because of improved technology and increased affordability, small businesses have started to realize that many benefits that call recording brings as part of their business communications capabilities.”

Finally, CallTrunk announced this week, it made improvements to its cloud-based call recording solution for users in the U.K. This, according to Angela Clarke, co-founder and vice president of operations, was a bid to, “make CallTrunk as simple and valuable as possible for our users.”

With CallTrunk, users can utilize a smartphone, feature phone, landline, or Skype (News - Alert)  record and review their calls.

The improvements included the way calls are routed calls and to help create even more cost savings for customers. Officials said they will roll out inclusive pricing plans as well as discounted top-ups of prepaid credit for users who subscribe to a monthly plan.
