This week, Calltracks announced it is now allowing businesses to not only record calls, but also track associated keywords.

The Northampton, U.K. company, which has been around since 2004, says its secret weapon is constantly adapting and developing technology that allows businesses to quickly see important information on communications that are occurring while also offering tools to better train and monitor staff members.

CEO Stuart Buckley said that businesses should know if it’s tracking a keyword, a PPC ad, or a phone call which had generated the initial click or call. “This is crucial information for the entire business but especially marketers who can use the information to see which ads are working and which ads are failing.”

Also this week, Altigen Communications announced that the MaxACD Contact Center solution received  certification for Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync Server 2010.

With the new certification, MaxACD is now certified to successfully work with Microsoft Lync. Included in the UC Contact Center suite are an Auto Attendant, IVR System, and Call Recording capabilities, among other features.
