CallCopy (News - Alert), a call recording solutions provider, made headlines when it received the highest Overall Vendor Satisfaction rating in DMG Consulting’s Quality Management/Liability Recording (Workforce Optimization) Product and Market Report for 2011/2012.
The company’s enterprise call recording solutions stood out, in particular for their ease of configuration, flexibility, seamlessness of third-party integrations, QA process automation, interface usability for agents, supervisors and users, service level and quality of training.
Also this week, TantaComm (News - Alert) announced it is providing its Protect Product Suite to help call centers comply with PCI (News - Alert)-DSS requirements.
There is an undeniable need for enterprise call recording solutions that are safe from data breaches in call centers that deal with financial transactions.
The two new offerings, Product Protect and Product Protect SE, make use of a secure database server and an encryption server cluster, respectively, to manage the encryption key in a secure manner.
Call recording provider LogMyCalls also announced the company now has a Google (News
- Alert)+ profile that company officials say serves as a way to further enhance customer engagement.
Lastly, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) has cleared up any inaccuracies in question regarding E-Mails about mobile recording regulation.
A spokesperson for the FSA said the E-Mail that had been sent regarding the need for companies to have mobile phone recordings in place and working at all times when there is a financial transaction and third party involved – actually only referred to investment firms like banks, stockbrokers, hedge fund, insurance managers and others.
