After all, who wouldn’t want to be able to track and record customer phone calls if you’re in marketing and intelligence into customer experiences is the main goal?

Features include: Website Dynamic Number Insertion, full integration into CRM solutions and Google (News - Alert) Analytics-in an intuitive interface and easy-to-understand marketing analytics reports.

In addition, the recorded calls can be searched, tagged, commented on, archived, scored, and more.

LogMyCalls has already been awarded INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year and Customer Interaction Solutions Product of the Year by TMC (News - Alert).

For businesses looking to record calls and ensure compliance in their call centers, Noble Systems (News - Alert) announced this week it upgraded its Speech Analytics Management Portal to provide key performance metrics for agents.

The newly enhanced Noble Speech Analytics offering lets companies research how well its contact center is operating and if it is meeting and/or exceeding expectations.

Also this week, Positron announced it completed interoperability testing  with SIPfish for its G-series IP-PBX (News - Alert) product line. This ensures a comprehensive telephony solutions and robust call recording offering.
