The Real PBX Announces Call Recording, Click-to-Call for its Hosted PBX Services

By Jacqueline Lee, Contributing Writer

The Real PBX (News - Alert) has added call recording and click-to-call features to its hosted PBX services, according to reports from a conference meeting arranged by company president Sangeeta Chhabra.

The company’s hosted PBX system also offers features like automatic call distribution, IVR, auto attendants, UC and voicemail.

“Our success lies in the success of our clients,” said Chhabra. “Our dedicated team of experts has been constantly thriving to deliver the latest features of Virtual PBX and adapt to the latest technologies to deliver a channel that is highly competitive. The team has been working with great dedication to take this business to new heights.”

Hosted PBX from The Real PBX allows owners of small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) to stay connected while traveling internationally. SMB owners can, for instance, make free calls in any part of the world.

The system supports Android (News - Alert), iOS and Symbian devices using the G729 and G711 codecs to save bandwidth.

In addition, The Real PBX promises 99.99 percent availability for its hosted PBX thanks to two separate switching centers that are fully redundant.

Plans start with a free 10-day trial and range from $9.95 per month for a startup plan to $175 per month for an enterprise plan. The Real PBX offers support for clients via chat, e-mail or telephone, and support is available 24/7.

During installation, The Real PBX evaluates an SMB’s LAN to create the optimum bandwidth for good voice quality. With Quality of Service implementation, voice packets are prioritized over data packets.

VoIP phones, if desired, are shipped overnight while the PBX service is generally installed within one business day. If numbers have to be imported from another provider or if cabling upgrades are necessary, the installation process may take slightly longer.
