Welcome to the latest edition of TMCnet’s Enterprise Call Recording Week in Review, where you’ll find a brief rundown of all the top stories related to recording calls in the enterprise space from the past week.
To help enterprises running VoIP with adding call recording, Accurate Always announced this week that it now offers information and intelligent design ideas for enterprises looking to set up VoIP call recording. “It is increasingly important to us to be a resource, ever available to the contact center and community and government” said Kate Haley, CMO at Accurate Always. “There’s a lot of confusion about how to best record proprietary VoIP systems, which we’ve seen directly impact project risk and cost. This site is just one of the ways that we try to provide straight-forward information to the call center and facility managers that need it most.”
Also this week, Nexidia (News - Alert) announced it was chosen by ACMG to provide its latest Interaction Analytics software to improve customer service and ensure agent performance and conformity. Atlantic Coast Media Group (ACMG) offers skin-care products for women via the Internet, television and retail locations across the country. The company has several contact centers and hundreds of agents deliver customer support, marketing and sales help. With Interaction Analytics, it’s possible to record calls and analyze them to ensure quality.
Earlier this week, TMCnet featured an article related to call recording that took a look at President Obama's stance on warrantless wiretapping. Check it out to read more about the recent ruling by the federal court of appeals which dictates that, “warrantless wiretapping” is not necessarily “illegal wiretapping.”
That’s all for this week, be sure to check back with TMCnet throughout the week for the latest in Enterprise Call Recording news as it happens. Until next week…
