Ohio-based call recording and call center solutions company CallCopy (News - Alert) will hold its first annual User Conference at the Hilton Columbus at Easton in Columbus, Ohio from September 10th through 11th.  The event will feature education sessions broken out into three role-based tracks: System Administrator, Day-to-Day Operations and Executive. Attendees will be able to choose from about 25 sessions from any of the three tracks. These education sessions are expected to cover a wide range of topics including permissioning, archiving and scheduling, QA reporting, improving first-call resolution, and regulatory compliance.

For customers of CallCopy, several of the sessions will be tailored toward using the company’s solutions: in particular, one will focus on achieving the most value from CallCopy's cc: Discover workforce optimization solution.

“Our annual user conference is a great forum for our customers to come together to learn about both industry trends and also how to best use our innovative solutions, from both an operational and strategic standpoint” said Jeff Canter, president and CEO of CallCopy in a press release this week.

Adding, “With more than 25 sessions, our two-day event provides a comprehensive venue where our customers can get one-on-one access with our technical team to discuss new initiatives, customizations, or best practices. As our solutions continue to earn market share, we focus considerable attention on our User Conference which helps us to meet the needs of our diverse customers and also encourages group learning and further product refinement,” he added.

The event’s keynote speech will be delivered by Donna Fluss, author of The Real-Time Contact Center, founder and president of DMG Consulting LLC.
