Welcome to the latest edition of TMCnet’s Enterprise Call Recording Week in Review – offering a summary of all the top stories related to recording calls in the enterprise space from the last week.
Call recording solutions play an important role for organizations, not only because they help ensure compliance and accuracy, but because they can also be used as insight into the operations and uncover areas for improvement.
This week, Saddletree Research released a brief on Nexidia’s (News - Alert) Capture software for call recording and the role it plays in providing organizations with cost sensible analytics.
“Nexidia Capture offers an alternative to companies that have struggled to find an analytics solution for a recording system that may no longer be meeting the contact center's needs but is not yet fully depreciated or cannot be removed due to other concerns,” said Saddletree Research President and author of the brief, Paul Stockford.
For businesses that deal in the business of collections, call recording and analytics are also important to ensure fair debt collection practices.
This week, CallMiner (News - Alert) announced a partnership to deliver a recording solution specifically targeted at this vertical.
AR solutions provider Accounts Receivable Management Inc. (ARM (News
- Alert)) is making using of the company’s Eureka call recording and analytics solution to automate call recording on every collections call.
In more partnership news, TelStrat announced it is now working together with Ingram Micro (News
- Alert) Asia, Ltd. to allow their Engage Contact Center Suite to be sold and distributed in Singapore, Vietnam and The Philippines.
The call recording and workforce optimization can be used as a bundled offering by small businesses, enterprise users and those with cloud-based deployments.
Finally, if you make use of enterprise call recording solutions from CallCopy – next week the company is hosting its Ohio-based User Conference for the first time.
Educational sessions on the topics including role-based tasks, QA reporting, Archiving, and more, will be offered.
“Our annual user conference is a great forum for our customers to come together to learn about both industry trends and also how to best use our innovative solutions, from both an operational and strategic standpoint” said Jeff Canter, president and CEO of CallCopy.
That’s all for this week, be sure to check back with TMCnet throughout the week for the latest in Enterprise Call Recording news as it happens. Until next week…
