Ifbyphone (News - Alert) has expanded its suite of services with a new product called Ifbyphone Inquire.
The new product from the voice-based marketing automation provider can simplify call tracking and lead response for small businesses.
Ifbyphone Inquire is easy to use and delivers these results via a tablet friendly interface dedicated to provide an affordable solution to its users.
Businesses can set up Inquire in minutes. Ifbyphone says it can be accessed from any browser or iPad. Users can quickly add a new lead source or authorized person with a few clicks and the solution will process the information to show the cost of each incoming lead.
The simple online interface of Inquire shows users specific costs per ad, according to a release.
“Often, leads are overlooked for hours or even days, which may cause the prospect to lose interest or move on to a competitor,” said Irv Shapiro (News - Alert), CEO at Ifbyphone. “With Inquire, small businesses can start a live conversation with potential leads while they are still online and engaged in the company's products or services.”
Marketers from small businesses often find it difficult to identify the exact marketing activities or channels that generate the leads. Without a clear insight into this matter they cannot really decide where to put their money.
