The custom platform with site functions serves as an independent call processor. In case of an unfortunate eventuality, like a wide area network (WAN) crash, the phone is on Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) mode and the system can continue placing and receiving calls.

Server Sitters has now upgraded and added another valuable tool from ShoreTel’s impressive features. The response to the upgraded version has been extremely positive and in keeping with the rush, the management decided to offer additional 10 percent off on ShoreTel’s VoIP business phone system’s published rates this whole year until December 31, 2012.
