Provider of innovative call recording and contact center solutions, CallCopy (News - Alert), was recently selected by Columbus Business First as one of the "Best Places to Work" in 2012. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the company was named as such.
The Best Places to Work program is available to any company or organization with an office in Central Ohio that employs at least 10 full-time employees.
"We are very pleased to receive this recognition from Business First for the fifth consecutive year," said Chris Rutter, CallCopy's director of Human Resources, in a statement. "Our company places an emphasis on encouraging employees to really enjoy their jobs and to take pride in doing their part to help CallCopy succeed. We understand that the brisk growth rate of our contact center solutions and a quality work environment go hand in hand. This award is a testament to our staff members who have fostered an environment of collaboration and finding the right work-life balance."
Applications for the program are handled through Quantum (News - Alert), which administers a survey to employees to ascertain the quality of the work environment. Business First then formally recognized 35 of the 100 companies scored by Quantum as the top companies in each of the four workforce categories, with winners honored at an awards ceremony held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in November.
In October 2012, CallCopy was ranked number 916 on the influential Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States, marking the third consecutive year the company appeared on the list. Its ranking in 2012 also made CallCopy the highest ranked among contact center software providers.
This ranking reflects CallCopy's success over the prior year, which includes a 52 percent increase in year over year revenue from 2010 to 2011 and an expansion of staff members from 62 to 91.
Also recently, the company partnered up with Vertical Solutions, a CRM/CCMX and service management solutions developer, to integrate their products. The new combined solution will integrate CallCopy's cc: Discover call recording and WFO suite within the Vertical Solutions VServiceManagement and VContactCenter customer support and field service platforms.
