CallCopy, a provider of call recording and contact center solutions, has recently announced that the company has signed a strategic reseller agreement with BusComm Incorporated.
BusComm is an exclusive value added reseller (VAR) of digital voice and data information management systems.
CallCopy (News - Alert) and BusComm had reached the agreement in order to address the growing market for CallCopy’s workforce optimization suite.
The reseller agreement enables BusComm customers to benefit from access to CallCopy’s cc: Discover. CallCopy's workforce optimization (WFO) solution suite, the cc: Discover, enables organizations to optimize operational efficiencies while maximizing customer satisfaction by leveraging next generation call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics and performance management capabilities, according to the company.
The company said its cc: Discover includes an easy-to-use interface, and is highly scalable as it chains together multiple servers for a distributed enterprise solution. A single installation can blend analog, digital and IP handsets, and a can record up to 150 devices and including voice and screen. It is compatible with most PBX platforms including Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Siemens, Aspect (News - Alert), Alcatel, ShoreTel, NEC and more, with unlimited playback licenses and an optional module for PCI compliance.
In a release, the CEO at BusComm, John Moldthan, said in a press release, "CallCopy’s innovative workforce optimization solutions for call centers are the perfect complement to BusComm’s diverse portfolio of leading edge business communication technologies.
