Santeon Unveils Dr.Agile, a Cloud-Based Agile Practice Self-Assessment Tool

Santeon Group released the team, professional and enterprise versions of Dr.Agile (News - Alert), a cloud-based Agile Practice Self-Assessment tool. Agile optimizes the management of value-based software projects.

Dr.Agile cloud-based self-assessment software is based on the company’s proprietary algorithm calculation and based on over 65,000 data points. It was developed after in-depth research and released after successfully testing it in large enterprises.

The self-assessment approach is designed based on Agile practices that an organization is using or planning to use. After conducting surveys among employees weighted values are assigned to organizational characteristics.

Dr.Agile leverages sophisticated logarithmic levels of analysis and in-depth reporting. Depending on the various roles in an organization, Dr.Agile also offers a different version.

The new solutions are meant to make teams start becoming Agile by implementing optimized practices without realizing real changes in behavior and mindset. The success of such tools depends on groups of personnel in the team, department, division and enterprise levels so that their readiness of adopting an Agile-based approach can be measured, said officials.
