Santeon Group released the team, professional and enterprise versions of Dr.Agile (News - Alert), a cloud-based Agile Practice Self-Assessment tool. Agile optimizes the management of value-based software projects.

Dr.Agile cloud-based self-assessment software is based on the company’s proprietary algorithm calculation and based on over 65,000 data points. It was developed after in-depth research and released after successfully testing it in large enterprises.

“We are very proud of the depth and sophistication of Dr.Agile as a state-of-the-art self-assessment tool. Dr.Agile is an essential self-assessment tool for every team and organization doing agile or aspiring to do Agile because it highlights the risks that may hinder the real adoption of Agile practices and will inform an organization of what needs to be improved to take your ‘agility’ to the next level,” said Dr. Ahmed Sidky, executive vice president and Agile Practice Leader.

The self-assessment approach is designed based on Agile practices that an organization is using or planning to use. After conducting surveys among employees weighted values are assigned to organizational characteristics.

Dr.Agile leverages sophisticated logarithmic levels of analysis and in-depth reporting. Depending on the various roles in an organization, Dr.Agile also offers a different version.

The new solutions are meant to make teams start becoming Agile by implementing optimized practices without realizing real changes in behavior and mindset. The success of such tools depends on groups of personnel in the team, department, division and enterprise levels so that their readiness of adopting an Agile-based approach can be measured, said officials.

Dr. Ashraf Rofail, chairman and CEO at Santeon said, “This is the first of a group of products we plan on releasing to address growing customer demand, specifically in the Agile arena. We have taken our years of experience working with small teams and large enterprises developing transformational roadmaps and successfully packaged those learned lessons into a comprehensive and sophisticated product.”

Santeon Group and Sentric have partnered to deliver secure, automated electronic benefit carrier communications to the SentricWorkforce client base. The Santeon eBenefits Network delivers automated benefits carrier connectivity services in the U.S.

eBN provides employers on-time and error-free enrollment updates, including elimination of error-related premium costs, an improved employee benefit usage experience, and reduction of human resources and information technology workloads.
