Rimini Street Opens First Rimini Street Labs Facility in Hyderabad, India

Rimini Street, Inc., a third-party maintenance and support provider for enterprise software, including SAP (News - Alert) AG software, has launched Rimini Street Labs. Officials with Rimini Street said that the first street labs facility, which opened in Hyderabad, India, would provide clients with innovative and advanced engineering solutions.
According to company officials, Rimini Street Labs - Hyderabad expects to hire up to 200 experienced Oracle (News - Alert) and SAP engineers by 2015 who will add deep engineering experience and skills breadth behind Rimini Street's Primary Support Engineers (PSEs) located around the world.
Company officials pointed that every Rimini Street client receives support directly from their assigned, named PSEs who are focused on meeting the needs of their clients. Rimini Street Labs completed construction on Phase I of the Hyderabad campus, which provides office and working space for 100 engineers.
"Rimini Street has continued its fast-paced growth into a global service provider with engineers and operations staff around the world to meet the needs of more than 525 global, Fortune 500, mid-market and public sector clients in more than 70 countries," explained Seth Ravin, CEO, Rimini Street, in a statement.
"Our launch of Rimini Street Labs is a significant investment that will provide our clients with an even greater depth of technology innovation and advanced engineering solutions to maximize the return on their software investments," Ravin added.
"After several years of planning, I am very pleased to officially open Rimini Street Labs today in Hyderabad, India" said Raju Gadiraju, vice president, Rimini Street Labs - Hyderabad.
Gadiraju said that the Rimini Street Labs team will work closely with Rimini Street support engineers around the world to meet the needs of the company’s global client base.
Recently, Rimini Street announced the expansion of its maintenance and support services to cover Oracle Hyperion products.
Rimini Street Support for the Oracle Hyperion line of products is available immediately and includes its same innovative, high-value services, such as 30-minute guaranteed response time from a named Primary Support Engineer (PSE) and performance support.
The company also revealed strong growth across its Oracle product lines, with sales bookings for support related to Oracle products growing 150 percent in the past year since Oracle OpenWorld 2011.
