Everbridge Reveals Exceptional Performance in Third Quarter
By Carolyn J Dawson
Everbridge’s results show that it has put in an exceptional performance for the third quarter. During the third quarter, the organization had unveiled a Mass Notification Suite, which was availed by 70 new customers. With the acquisition of latest customers, Everbridge has reported accomplishments in the main arenas of growth, introduction of product solutions and global development.
Apart from the 70 newest customers, Everbridge renewed contracts with 140 existing clients during the third quarter. Everbridge was able to acquire new customers in main arenas like utilities, transportation, healthcare, state and local government.
The Florida Division of Emergency Management, or FDEM, aims to prepare Florida to respond to emergencies, pull through them and alleviate their impacts. Everbridge is assisting FDEM to accomplish this mission. Florida’s State Emergency Response Team will be assisted by the Everbridge system while preparing for and during a disaster.
Using the Everbridge system, FDEM has been able to decrease the time to notify staff, state agency Emergency Coordinating Officers and other response associates when the State Emergency Operations Center is turned on.
In a statement, Bryan W. Koon, director, FDEM said, “Communication is a critical element in preparing for and responding to a disaster, and Everbridge provides a comprehensive and reliable platform to ensure all of Florida’s emergency managers are properly informed. Florida’s recent experience with Everbridge during Tropical Storm Debby and Hurricane Isaac proved the system’s effectiveness.”
A unique social and vital communications solutions suite has been unveiled by Everbridge, allowing organizations to collect and assess instantaneous intelligence from social media. Organizations are offered a single, interactive communications console by the latest offering, Everbridge Mass Notification and Everbridge Interactive Visibility. Everbridge has also extended its global presence with an office in London, UK for the European, Middle Eastern and African or EMEA regions.
Jaime Ellertson, CEO, Everbridge said, “We are pleased with the number of new customers that were added in the third quarter, as we feel that our strong customer growth underscores the value that our innovation strategy has brought to our solutions suite. This innovation strategy, as well as the opening of our EMEA headquarters in London reflects our commitment to our customers’ success in helping them meet their critical communications goals.”
